LET'S GET IN TOUCH

Whether you have a question about a particular blend, need guidance on steeping times and water temperature, or simply want to share how a cup of Assam1860 brightened your morning, we would love to hear from you. Our team is passionate about every aspect of tea, from the first plucking in the gardens to the final pour in your cup. We believe great conversations start over a strong, malty brew, and we are always eager to learn what you love about our gourmet black teas and how we can serve you better.

Your feedback helps us refine our craft and keep the quality of every batch consistently excellent. We take pride in our family-owned estates and the careful attention given to every leaf, from soil to shipment. When you reach out, you become part of a community that appreciates tea as it should be—bold, fresh, and full of character. We welcome your thoughts, suggestions, and stories, and we look forward to building a lasting connection with every tea lover who writes to us.
